About Christine Mbindyo
Christine holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Microbiology (Bacteriology Option) and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree both from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is currently pursuing her PhD studies at the same University through a scholarship awarded on merit by the Consortium for African Research Training in Africa (CARTA). She is a Tutorial fellow in the Microbiology Section, Department of Veterinary Pathology, Microbiology and Parasitology at the University of Nairobi. She teaches and mentors undergraduate students, and carries out research and community outreach.
